• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Set up and program CNC machines using computer software.
• Create and modify cutting paths to ensure efficiency and precision.
• Perform quality checks to confirm parts meet specifications.
• Select the proper tools and machine settings for different materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and tool care.
• Train new team members on CNC machine operation and programming
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or production problems.
